A shadow over the head

This is her story .....

Her name is Ariyawathi Kodithuwakku. He is 72 years old. She was cared for by a neighboring family who knew humanity. Meanwhile, she has a foot injury. This disorder develops so much that she is unable to walk. After a while, the people in the house who took care of her took care of her. Meanwhile, Mother Ariyawathi wants to be alone. Maybe it was because she felt he was a nuisance to others. As a result, she builds a small hut and lives separately with her friends who helped her. But these plants did not have any facilities. Those who helped to provide those facilities did not have any economic assets. However, Ariyawathi's mother has been living like this for about two years.

Meanwhile, the Social Services Division receives information about this family from Mrs. Tharanga, Development Officer, Welipitimodara Division. We, the field officers, after examining this, work together as a team to resolve this issue. Ariyawathie's mother was given a new lease of life with the hard work of several villagers including the Galle Kadawatha Satara Divisional Secretary, the Social Services Division led by the Social Service Officers, the Village Temple Thero and the Galle Kadawatha Sathara Swashakthi Organization.
